From October 16, 2025, as required by the GMF Program of the Ministry of Health, all calls for appointments by GMF patients will be filtered by our administrative agents with the help of the artificial intelligence tool called Navig. This tool aims to optimize the granting of appointments to the right professional and as quickly as possible depending on the patient’s condition and to free up rapid availability for urgent cases.
This will require a change in culture and way of doing things with both our patients and our staff. So don’t be surprised if our administrative agents ask you the reason for your consultation and ask you various questions to better guide the appointment. We kindly ask you to respond and remain courteous. In the end, all of our customers should be winners because the management of their problem on the front line will be improved. Our administrative agents are required to maintain confidentiality by virtue of their employment and we act with discretion.
You have the right to refuse to answer questions asked by our administrative agents, but be aware that this will have an impact on your access to an appointment.
