Multidisciplinary Team

Our team of health professionals includes clinical nurses, social workers, a pharmacist, a nutritionist as well as specialist doctors such as cardiologist, general surgeon and dermatologist. Your family doctor must refer you to the CRDS (Centre de répartition des demandes de services) in order to obtain an appointment with one of our specialists.
