As of October 16, 2025, as required by the Ministry of Health’s FMG Program, all calls for appointments by FMG patients will be filtered by our administrative agents with the help of an artificial intelligence tool called Navig. This tool aims to optimize the assignment of appointments to the right professional as quickly as possible based on the patient’s condition and to free up availability for urgent cases.
This will require a change in culture and approach for both our patients and our staff. So don’t be surprised if our administrative agents ask you the reason for your consultation and ask you various questions to better guide the appointment. We kindly ask you to respond and remain courteous. Ultimately, all of our customers should benefit because the front-line management of their problems will be improved. Our administrative staff are bound by confidentiality in their work and we act with discretion.
You have the right to refuse to answer the questions asked by our administrative staff, but please be aware that this will have an impact on your access to an appointment.
